We moved into Chapel Hill Apartments in APril of 05 because of the free rent for 2 months, the staff seemed very friendly and the townhome that we were renting seemed pretty nice aside fomr the very small kitchen...boy were we wrong...

Maintenance, does CHapel Hill even know that word' Our refrigereator went out 5 times before they finally came and replaced it, and what did they do with the old one' THey left it on our patio for weeks until WE finally moved it to the dumpster..Our dishwasher would not clean our dishes, we would run it atleast 5 times and to no avail!!! Our upstairs bathroom toilet quit working and has a nasty rotting smell.. Our oven temp can be set to 250 and shoots to broil..i can bake you a cake in 5 minutes, except plan on eating the oatmeal inside since it just completely burns the outside.. ut they have come and fixed it once, but once again it is doing the same thing..I have a 2 month old baby and our front door does not unlock..you will stand outside trying to open the door for 20 minutes beofre you have to pry it open or go through the window..and you cant open it from the inside unless you shove a knife in the slit and pry it open..Our AC vents didnt work upstairs and maintenance never came to fix it, but i guess they figure since its now cold out, they dont need to fix it because heat rises.**sigh**.. THeir is a crack dealer 2 houses down..and a felon next door and 3 child molesters in the complex..Their is never a place to park.... the trash dumpster is always overfilled and trash everywhere..we cant even get out of our gate because the leaves are so damn high....DO NOT MOVE HERERERERERERERE
