this is absolutely a horrible appartment complex, it is 101 degrees out and they refuse to fix my air conditioning because it isn't "air conditioning season". we have yet to get any screens though we were promised them within a week of moving in (we've been here 6 months) our carbon monoxide detector goes off every other day and they don't do anything about it, there is trash all over our patio that has been there since before we moved in.. the staff (with the exception of 1) is rude. the basement leaks, the back deck area sags dangerously, and the doors to the sheds have blown off. they also told us that our rent would not be due until one month after we were moved in, three days later we recieved a late notice and an additional $75 late fee. never ever ever ever ever ever ever move here.
