If you ever want to get in touch with the owners of the apartment complex, don't waste your time. We did and they just blew us off. They don't care about this apartment complex. All they care about is getting their money, just like the office manager. We told the owners of the complex what was going on here and told them all the things which was wrong and also told them about the cars and apartments getting broken into. Their reply was, I know you're not going to like our answers to this situation. We knew what was coming next, so I just laughed, I said you got to be kidding. Theey aren't even interested in doing anything about what goes on here.

They could care less about the tennants of the complex, they could care less about the whole situation. When the time to renew our lease, we are NOT going to renew. Why be somewhere where you don't feel safe, your vehicles aren't safe. If they tell us they will give us a deal, I'll just say, well the deals you give aren't worth it. In a place where the violence is escalating isn't worth it. If everyone here does the same thing and leaves, that may give them the initative to do something about this place. But I doubt that would do any good, they already have their minds made up about this complex.

The only way we would stay here is if they give us an apartment free of charge and pay for all our utilities, then we would consider it but, I don't see that happening. The office staff in general is about as smart as a box of Rocks and I'd bet money the box of Rocks would be smarter.

Now there was one person which we always worked with and that was Flo, she always helped us when no one else would. I wish she was appointed office manager, then things would get done around here. But they let her go and brought in some moron which has no people skills. Her people skills range to the effect "Where's the Rent you owe us." "You don't pay your rent on time, we'll evict you." Or the best one we heard from her was "I am going to get in touch with our lawyers and see what I can do to get the money." Now if that isn't threatening someone, I don't know what is.

After we leave here, I don't care what happens to the place. As long as we are far away from here the better.

If you know of anyone who is searching for an apartment, tell them to steer clear of this place, unless they like violence, their cars windows being smashed with rocks. Their apartments being broken into and Black Mold in the basements. Then they'd like this place.
