to feel the way I did. I had lived there for a few months....called the police on my neighbors 9 times for disturbing the peace, after calling the "Officer Sensibo" to have him tell me that they probably wouldn't answer their door if he came out and told them to quiet it down. My air conditioner went out and they blatently lied to me about when it would be fixed in 100 plus degree weather and high risk pregnancy. I told them this..they didn't care. My wiring also blew fuses..my townhome was broken into..and I had to listen to my neighbor come home at 2:00 in the AM while her children were out running all night and she went to bed, not even telling them to come home. I too got no response from the office until I finally called Channel 6 news and told them about Chapel Hill. I don't know if they contacted them or not, but that was the first time they even acknowledged my call. Don't get lured in...it's a very dangerous, very scary place to live....anywhere in that area of 10th street and Ben Davis is.......Be very wise....
