I'm in the ghetto!!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/23/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007 1 response   We lived here about 10 years ago and it was great, so we moved back in in 2005; oh my God what a shock. This place has totally gone down hill! They have rude and incompetent employees in the office, and even though the maintenance staff are friendly, nothing really gets fixed. Floor plans are awesome, but living experience sucks! Plan on no heat in the winter and no air in the summer. If you call for repairs on air or window screens other than in the dead of summer, they will tell you it is not the right season for repairs. They will let you live in a builing with apances that are not even up to code - fire hazards. You can also plan on either your residence or vehicle to be broken into - for me both. heir property manager will get in yelling matches with you, even when she is flat out wrong. They have no appreciation for their loyal renters. The only thing you can count on them doing in a timely manner is putting a late rent notice on your door, although it will be for the wrong tenant. STAY AWAY, STAY FAR AWAY!!!!
