This place is a total DUMP, no appreciation for good tennants, no regard for safety for their tennants, not even caring if your vehicle is safe. The office staff are totally stupid, the manager is a total -----. Sh doesn't care if your safe or not. All she cares about is the rent, if you're one day late she sends out a notice and threatens you with eviction. I wouldn't tell anyone about this place because of the people they have here as tennants.

Sure there are a few tennants here which are good people but that's 0.1% of the total population of the complex. The Health Departments needs to be aware of the conditions of this complex. With the substance "BLACK MOLD" appearing in basements of Townhouses, that alone is an unhealthy situation which is another reason to call the Health Department. WE ARE NOT RENEWING OUR LEASE THIS YEAR BECAUSE OF THESE PROBLEMS and with other problems looming along the horizon, it will just get worse and they will do NOTHING about it. They should blow this place up and be done with it and also put the manager in the middle of it and watch her blow up with it.

But you know as they say, they will get theirs in the end.
