This is a terrible place to live. They do not keep up on the units or the property, it is unsafe. The furnace is old and was red tag when I moved in, now water heater going out. Cant get through to the office and when you do there rude and each one of the staff will tell you something different. No one will respond on the after emergency line. They said there is security but ive never seen them. Fighting in the parking lot, people having loud partys all hours. And when you do get someone out to fix something they half ass fix it, then they say they will be back to fix something and they never do. Gutters are clogged up so when it rains bad there is a down stream of water in front of the door and the rain water all most comes up to the door. All types of bugs get in, had an ant problem for 3 months before they came out to spray. Pool area is nasty, drain covers missing, boy fell in it brook his foot, mens bathroom at pool has no plumbing coming from toilets. This place is nasty. Do not rent from them, they will lie to you and make your life hell, all they care about is money. Bushes growing out of control, cant walk on side walks without getting hit by a branch. This place needs to be condemd.

It has been like this ever since Conner Group Bought the complex. They don't care about you or anyone else, they don't care your car gets broken into, they don't care if your apartment gets broken into. All they care about is MONEY. The office staff except for one, have no people skills whatsoever. They will tell you one thing and then tell you another. Well I over came that by being just as rude as they are. When I ask to have something fixed, if they don't fix it, I do and charge them for the repairs and also charge them double for the labor involved. They still don't get it, they are either too stupid to realize whats going on or they just don't give a F**K. Either way, I will still keep charging them for the repairs I make and still charge them double for labor.
