This place is a slum. It's a pit. Stay away.
When we moved in last summer, we gave them a list of things that needed repaired. After calling them almost every day for over 2 months, they FINALLY sent maintenance.
They fixed less than half the items on our list and, although they promised to come back and fix the rest, they never did.
We can hear gunshots at least three nights a week while standing on our back porch.
Stay away from this place. It's awful.
