My family has lived here since Sept, 2006, and now that new owners are in charge, this is a good thing, they are doing background cks, and credit cks on everyone that lives here currently, and if you dont pass the test, you are out of luck. We pay our rent early each month, have never been late on rent and quite honestly, tolerated Deb while she was the do-nothing at all manager, and now we are told that we cannot move into a 4 bdrm, after having lived in a 3 bdrm town for 2 yrs, because of our credit !! Makes zero sence to me and dont know how they can turn backs on good renters and tennants when we know that other tennants around us heave had some MAJOR issues, etc.... I am PISSED !!!

I feel your pain there, we have paid our rent on time every month and get shafted when we need something done. It's a shame these people don't realize that good tennents are hard to find. Especially with all that has been going on here the last several years. We received a notice that they are going to do major renovations to all the apartments but not to the ones which are occupied now. Which leads me to believe they don't care about the current tennents. I sent a request in to have some things replaced and have yet to receive any response from them. They sure did have the office done up nice and pretty though but, not the apartments. Oh well, this may be our last year here anyways so I'm not worried.

Does anyone have the number to the corporate office, not the local, the local office won't give it out, and we are having issues and need to report them.
