I have lived here for almost two years, and I must say I like the changes that are being made. The new company is really trying to make this a better community. It looks 100% better than it did two years ago. I have a new air conditioner, which not many places that are this old have. I have huge square footage at a reasonable price. I am in a great school district and a great location. The office staff has undergone changes, which seems to be for the better. The maintenance is better than before. I really like that the people who are working here now seem to care. I think this place is on its way to be the best place to live on the west side! I will probably renew as long as the positive changes keep going.

Yes we have noticed the great changes being made. The office staff has done a lot to make us feel welcome again. The first day we moved in here, we noticed a lot of bad things, trash laying all over the place, the appearance wasn't bad then but with time, it started looking terrible. With this new company, they are doing what they set out to do, make this a better community. They got rid of the riff-raff and started reviewing prospective tennets credit ratings which is a good thing They have pleased us very much and we did renew our lease and we will plan on being here a long time. I now would recommend Chapel Hill to anyone who wants a nice place to live.
