though i am a new resident to Chapel Hill apartments in Indianapolis, i am very unhappy not only do i have a severe insect problem that the staff will not fix but i have molded underlayment in my kitchen and bathroom that wasn't fixed properly. but when you can't even have your child live in your home because of the problems and unsanitary conditions but being stuck in a lease and having to pay rent for a place like this is crazy i do not recommend anyone living here purely because of floorplans and pricing there are no laundry facilities or storage areas along with very little parking.

I hear ya, I lived there a year ago and it was bad. I had an ant problem, on top of no air all most all summer long. My daughter has asthma and there where days when it was so hot I had to send her away. Took them 3 months to fix. They dont fix nothing and when they do it takes them forever. My outside spicket broke and they let it run for 5 days before fixing. Good luck.
