it was not the best place in the world but it hhas a roff over my head and hot water to bath. there is new management here and so fare they have been working to turn the place around. i have seen the change. it cant be turned around in a day. but over time this place will be great once again. i enjoy living here the ppl that live around me are friendly, alittle wierd but i will take wierd and nice any day instead of mean and normal.

I lived in Chapel Knoll for four years. Enjoyed it quite a bit. Had some noise and maintenance issues a few times, but nothing like previous apartments I lived in. The apartment complex I live in is brand new and about $300 more a month and I hate it. So take the cheapness, no landscaping and weird neighbors - you might be surprised how bad it is other places.
