We moved in September of 2001. We've had 4 major maintenance issues that have been resolved in an acceptable manner. Overall, they are courteous and helpful. The on-staff workmen are great, but some of their outside contractors have not been very helpful and have done shoddy work. However, we like it here and don't want to move. The closets are huge, we rarely hear any noise and it usually comes from emergency vehicles from Binford Avenue on the East side of the property. The neighbors are friendly. This complex was built in the early 60's and is very well constructed - it feels more like a house than an apartment. We've looked at new and newer complexes and none have the square-footage and closet space compared to CDV.
