Used to be wonderful, but there has been an increase in crime. In two separate incidents, females were attacked - one by an armed intruder as she was leaving for work. The staff did not alert the residents of these attacks. Also the buildings are quite old and many units are experiencing mold problems which maintenance states it cannot fix. And, the lighting at night is totally inadequate - in some areas, non-existent. The noise level from traffic in the units facing Binford Blvd is nerve racking. The good points - the staff is friendly, respectful and the laundry facilites are free.

I currently live there. Could you tell me the location of where these women were attacked because I am a single woman and very concerned.

yes, i lived at chateau de ville and moved --- crime runs rampant there. they do not charge a desposit, which attracts people with a quarter in their pocket, and they are out to rob & steal. the manager will rent to any one, and i mean any one. there are many problems here and not one thing is done about them either.
