and I have BEEN happy here for three years. Posts that claim problems must be from some very, VERY unhappy people. I have had two maintenance issues that were both addressed within 48 hours. I have never experienced the situations I have just read here and understand the locked gate issue completely, as I live near the gate and see the problems caused by outside (meaning non-redidential) traffic. Guns' Thugs' Can't say it isn't true, but I haven't experienced or seen it. The staff has always been open, welcoming and attentive. Really. Condition of the property' Beautiful grounds, attention to fencing, trees, gutters. . . all in as good condition as can be expected from a 40 year old facility. k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S
