Anyone who takes a tour of Chateau DeVille will clearly see and hear of how great a place this is. I've returned to the Chateau and recommended that two other tennants live there in the past. Everyone has loved it. When reading negative and speculative reviews of the Chateau, keep in mind that these people are complaining about things ALL renters complain about when they are expecting to get the benefits of a home they actually own. Perhaps these people shouldn't rent. No one likes renting. But if you have to rent, Chateau is the place. It's fabulous! Here are Top Five reasons I love Chateau:
- The Chateau will pay for gas heating during the winter.
- Really pretty. Very woodsy and charming.
- No apartment is exactly the same and they're all very affordable.
- Parking is never an issue and covered parking is very inexpensive.
- Safe pool and playground.

do not belive this review-------ispring and blooncrazy are cut from the same cloth. yes, the chateau does pay for heat, water............but is it really worth it? i lived here a short time and the type of tenants they rent to gets worse and worse. a lot of crime here. i think this was an exceptionally nice place at one time, but not any more. the staff and their friends type reviews here that are not true--------the moving vans come in and out of this complex like flies...........when people see what is happening here, they leave at their first opportunity. the complex is well kept and the apartments are quite inviting, but it is frankly just not worth it. when you consider what goes on here and who your neighbors are, this place is drastically over priced. management here feels that tenants are dispensable, so they do not deal with their complaints nor do they worry about their well being.( burglars, vandals, pitbulls, it is all here!) they do not burn the street lights that you see on this property, maybe around the owner's quarters, but not for the tenants. i do not call this great as ispring does.
