I have lived in the apts for 1 1/2 yrs. The interior is great as far as space for the money. There have been a number of vehicles broken into, vandalized and even stolen. I have had maintenance issues constantly that are not resolved timely. Eventually things get fixed.It is a rather quiet community though. The management staff seems to be nice, there is a new property manager that came after I moved in. This is not a good community for kids....no where to play, ride bikes etc.
