I have lived here for over two years an since that time I have noticed a decline in the quality. It was nice until new management took over and started to redo the landscaping, cutting down almost all the trees and bushes, and then redoing what they had already redone. They have constantly made living inconvenient with this ??remodeling??, they repaved and made it impossible to have a perking spot, they fail to inform you when work is being done, they shut down the washers and dyers without telling anyone, and to top it off the workers they hired are lazy and it takes them a month and a half to do a simple job. They use to care about noise here and take a complaint seriously I know this because my neighbor said I was to loud and I received a flier on my front door, but over the past few months some new people that have moved in blast music late in to the night so I complained only to have the office say that I complain to much and I should probably just move when my lease is up. This place is going down hill and rotting on the way move here fast so that you can hate it too.

Chateau in The Woods 4020 Monaco Drive Indianapolis , IN 46220 317-257-8184 Summary: Your Comments (review writing guidelines): I've been here since 2002 and my car was broken into twice and tires slashed.Four of the neighbors cars were vandalized as well. Security lighting not dependable ,secured doors are constantly compromised , lacks skilled maintenace,entry hallways not clean,water being cut off at unexspected times without proper notifications.Promises of a refferal fee of $300.00 not honered. Don't be fooled by the square footage and new look. Chateau In the Woods is better known as "Chateau In the Hood". Bottom line the complex managment lacks professionalism, integrity and general concern for tennants in its living community. -Looking... |
