Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2007
I've been here since 2002 and my car was broken into twice and tires slashed.Four of the neighbors cars were vandalized as well. Security lighting not dependable ,secured doors are constantly compromised , lacks skilled maintenace,entry hallways not clean,water being cut off at unexspected times without proper notifications.Promises of a refferal fee of $300.00 not honered. Don't be fooled by the square footage and new look. Chateau In the Woods is better known as "Chateau In the Hood". Bottom line the complex managment lacks professionalism, integrity and general concern for tennants in its living community.
