I have lived here 3 years and I wish I could take it all back. One of the worst parts about living here is there has been remodeling and from 8am to 6pm there is constantly pounding and noise, it makes it very hard for some one that works nights to live here. Snow removal does not happen I slipped and fell on ice at least 4 times this last winter. There is always something going wrong with the apartments I will not be living here after my lease is up thank god. Pay a little more and you can get allot newer and nicer apartments.

Sounds to me like all the pounding and remodeling was to make it nicer there so you wouldn't need to go somewhere else to pay more. That's unfortunate that you work nights though and had to sleep during the day.. for the majority it's the best time to make remodel noise though. As far as the snow removal, I've been reading a lot of reviews that say the same.. I think a lot of places don't remove snow. I just stay prepared to remove a path to my car and behind it... I stopped by this weekend on my apt hunt and I don't think the apt guides pics do this place justice. The architecture is obviously dated but very well maintained.. all the windows look new and clean and the grounds look nice.
