I moved into this apartment complex in october. I have a really nice one bedroom apartment. Pretty much everything in the apartment is almost new. New carpet, cabinets, appliances and bathroom fixtures. A window in my car was busted out only a couple weeks after I moved in here and the temporary license plate was stolen out of it. After talking to the police I guess this is a pretty common occurrence and I dont -think it really had anything to do with the apartment complex being unsafe. I have never felt scared at this place at all and all of the people I have met so far seem really nice. I honestly have never really heard any noise from any of my neighbors other than somebodies tv once in a while. The parking is not assigned and this gets kind of annoying at certain times, but I have never really had a serious problem with it. Rent seems to be pretty on par for someplace this nice and in a pretty good neighborhood. Overall I have had a pretty positive experience here. The break-in of the was annoying, but I guess that's why I have insurance. All in all I would recommend the place.
