HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE!
Parking is terrible!
Neighbors are LOUD and sometimes scary.
NO PETS ALLOWED :( Pet sat for 3 days and had to pay $100
Almost ghetto area.
No W/D in units.
Fitness room sucks!
Staff is RUDE AND SHADY! I was charged over $500 for comcast pulling up my carpet to get internet and tv and 2 stains even though management told me that it was going to be pulled up after I moved out anyways. They didnt even call or bill me but sent me to a collection agency who called me at work to tell me they were charging me over $500 for damages. WOW! Staff will try and get every penny they can from you even if you've been a GREAT client for 2 years.

In response to this review..the resident had a huge bleach stain and was told she would be charged the prorate for replacement, which she was. We are a no pet community. The resident had an unauthorized pet that damaged two areas in two different rooms. 3 rooms of carpet damaged beyond repair in a 6 room apt understandably has to be removed and replaced. The reason this resident was turned over to collections without notice was because she left owing monies on her account.

The carpet damage was from Comcast putting in cable line under the carpet..so watch out with this sneaky complex. The dog was at the apt for less than 3 days and he is 6 y.o.. Pretty sure the damage of pulled up carpet was not from him. This complex will try and get every penny so becareful!!!
