Not bad.

Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
I've lived here for almost a year with no problems. The grounds are well kept, and it's never too noisy. Office staff have always been friendly, but require residents to jump though hoops if anything needs done. The maintenance staff however are great. They get things done immediately and will fix the problem.
For the apartments themselves, the appliances aren't new, but work 90% of the time. 2nd floor apartments have balconies and the railings seem dangerous. The outside storage seemed ok, but isn't sealed so be careful what is put in there. I had wasps in there often. The furnace and air is very loud, being in the apartment it will be heard often. Neighbor noise was never a problem except in the hallway. It wasn't that anyone was loud, it was that the front door is thin and not air tight, so any noise or door shutting (or slamming) is very loud in the apartment.
Parking however was usually a nightmare anytime after 6pm. If I parked anytime after 6 it would be many buildings down.
