...unless you'd like to waste a couple of days of your life going through the preliminaries, only to be told just before signing that the rent will in fact be $30 higher than you were initially quoted. Staff is not properly trained before being sent out to show units or discuss rates. Attempting to hold them to the original price will yield a flip and patronizing "sorry you feel that way" type of apology for the time (and application fee) you've wasted due to the bait and switch they'd rather refer to as "an honest mistake".
That said, both complexes seemed like nice enough places, clean and quiet, and the units I was shown appeared to be well-maintained.
