Chesapeake Landing Apartments

Total nightmare From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/27/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   I can easily say this was the worst place I've ever lived. The office staff was always nice, but they need to do a better job of weeding out possibly unsavory tenants. The units are old and in desperate need of renovation. The exterior wood is falling apart and full of moss. My air conditioning broke several times during my lease. The washers and dryers in the laundry rooms frequently break down. My car was broken into multipy times over a one year period and was damaged so badly the last time it was basically totaled. The complex and parking lots were not lit well at night. I did not feel safe here at all. The parking lots are overrun with geese who leave behind their disgusting by-products! Save yourself the nightmare, pollution, and car insurance deduc. by living somewhere else.
