Duck crap everywhere, apartments need remodeling!

I love the area but that is it. I first took a glance at one of the "demo" apartments, it was so clean and nice and when I moved into my apartment it didn't seem as big as the demo. So I think the real apartments could be a little smaller. One other thing is that the apartments need repainting the roof is stripping as well as my patio it looks so horrible. I don't even know why I live here oh yea the area but that's it!!

I first moved to Chesapeake Landing Apts. a couple of years ago, at first it was alright but needed serious remodeling. But then they brought in new management and I assumed it was going to be better 2million dollar renovation my a--..lol....that is a joke the only remodeling they did was to replace the siding and paint. The front steps are still weak and falling apart, the inside of the units are still the same except when one comes empty they go in and paint the countertops. Yes, I said paint..horrifice eh?....lol well thats nothing. So if you like crappy maintenance who can't even replace a broken sink without huge gaps on the sides of it because they dont know the difference between round and oval. And if you just absolutely love the huge black mold spots growing in your bathrooms (usually above shower/tub unit) then I suggest Chesapeake. But to be honest, these units should be tore to the ground and demolished. To many of them have the black mold in between floors and they only paint to fix the real problem. Prepare to pay for extra medical expenses too.
