I've lived here since March 2006 and I don't see the problems that others see. I don't have spiders, the office staff is very pleasant and adequately knowledgable and what do you think you'll get near water....GEESE! I walk right past them so they don't bother me. The only problem I have ever had is with the pool attendant. He doesn't like me and the feeling is mutual because he is creepy and nosey. I live right on the water and do not have a problem with mold or leaks. My water heater was leaking into the apartment below and had to be replaced. I kept waiting and waiting and then i realized it had already been done. The rent is reasonable, my neighbors are quiet and I clearly don't see what all the fuss is about.

Well you just happen to be one of the lucky ones i guess. I have been here since october 07 and even with the new manager i still have problems. I live in a loft...loved my apartment when i first moved in but nothin but probelems since. When i first moved in my fridge was filthy. I have spiders ants and a few rude neighbors. Some of them are friendly though. The geese are not really a problem to me. The only issue i have is the time they take to make the so call repairs even though its not really fixed. The office staff is friendly however unorganized. They have gotten better but not a professional as i feel they should be. They also do not keep the complex as they should its pitiful
