Lots of Pros and few Cons

I've been in Cheswick Village for 4 months now and I like it. The Cons are lots of kids roaming about and various parking issues. Otherwise the Cons are minimal. Now I will say if your a new move-in make sure you get a fair deal. Some of the apartments are upgraded and others aren't. When me and my Fiancee looked at some apartments in Cheswick, one apt. looked from the dark ages and the other was upgraded with bright kitchen tile and cabinets, etc. Of course we chose the upgraded apartment. The Pros are huge bedrooms, closets, and kitchen area. Also your kids can go to Warren Township schools. You also can have any cable, satellite subcriber you choose. I came from Kingston Square Apts. (aka Wall of China) where all I had was 2 small rooms and Brighouse Networks (no NFL network). This was a definite upgrade for me. The Cons really comes down to being content, speaking to your neighbors and nagging your leasing agent. From there you'll get respect shown if you demand it.
