Summit House Apartments are Not Too Bad From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/30/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   About two weeks ago I was in Indy visiting family and friends and trying to decide if I would re-locate back there in 2007. I had an opportunity to view some of the units in the Summit House, and all I can say is for the money, it's not so bad. The location(entance to Meridian-Kessler)is perfect, the units are spacious and the views are fantastic. Rebecca, the current leasing agent was very helpful and showed me several units, not just the models. My only complaints are that the lighting and carpet in the hallways needs to be updated/replaced, and the outside of the building needs a good sandblasting or pressure washing. One thing I did do was talk with several residents and asked their opinon of living there, and everyone spoke highly of the new management company and said they were very happy with living there. My mind is made up, if and when I re-locate back to Indy from Atlanta, I'm going straight to the Summit House
