I agree with the review from7/28/2009...called to talk with the person over the Section Eight list.. the person by the name of Rhonda was very rude and nasty to me. I have often called and asked questions...and everyone ive talked to...and most times it has been the person by the name of "Rhonda" who is very unprofessional in dealing with the public. I have spoken to "Tonya" once and I found her to be very professional...
