Since someone bought this place out its horrible. There is no snow removal. Maint. Staff are morons. Everything in the apartment has been replaced such as the fridge, water heater, heater with used things. Lets talk about the upstairs toilet overflowing and flooding the downstairs apartment! If you live on the bottom floor forget about trying to sleep. The noise from the stairs is horrible.
VERY VERY VERY HIGH Power Bills due crappy construction. Had a my car broken into with at least 20 other break-ins. Illegals living in apartments with management knowing about it. You get letters all the time about dog poop and so on.
They try to change the conditions on the lease. You have to watch them and call them out on it.

I would like to know how this person knows someone is illegal? Because they speak two languages? How many languages does this tenant speak? I see that writing in english is problematic, so I'm guessing, one language is spoken...and not well-spoken.
