First off let me tell you. names are removed ONLY because its against terms of service at apartmentratings.com. The people involved dont want you to know what type of people they REALLY are. In fact, they may threaten to sue you to hide the truth. I can tell you that workers or affiliates of workers at this location also post here. I'm not the only one that didnt read TOS. Management... 1, showed an apartment that was nice and clean. Leased an apartment that was dirty, dingy and with broken appliances. the apartment had to be scrubbed clean upon moving in. Blinds were filthy, grease stains on kitchen walls, window sills had dead bugs spider webs and dirt. The bathroom tile was dirty and mildew full. 2. have to remind them multiple times about maintainence repairs. they dont put in work orders when asked, so then it is always only "a couple days" since you put in a work order for that item. The fridge seal was bad which caused food to go bad while they fiddled around not replacing it. It took 3 Months to get a replacement. It took 2 weeks to repair a kitchen drawer. it took them 4 weeks to get the garage that we requested. It took 4 weeks to get a light in the kitchen replaced. most of that would not have happened if We didnt repeatedly call or check in to get our items fixed. I asked **** ****** "what is a reasonable amount of time to get non emergency items repaired". She could not and would not answer. Funny I went to the office and raised a big issue and my fiance called the district office and poof they are onsite an hour later to repair the items. Just that morning they had too many "emergency" items to get to our light. 3. Rude, rude rude. **** ****** you know who you are. 4. Lazy. ***** you know who you are. Put my work order in WHEN i ask you to fix broken items. 5. If they know it, they will tell all your business to other residents. Dont tell them ***** anything. The Apartments..... Not clean. Not well maintained. Rent-a-cop night security that really just harrass the residents. (if they have any color in their skin) Spiders spiders spider, everywhere. The trash in the rear of units get messy because wild animals get into the small trash cans available. There is trash collecting in the front of my building right now. Not secure. There was a physical fight in the common hallway of our building. The office was called and all the could say was "call the police". Needless to say the residents never got kicked out. They never even really called the police. The woman in the office said she wouldnt even move to our unit because our neighbors were dirty and she knows better than to deal with them because they will put a dent in your car. That says so much. The class of people the try to attract and how they talk about you to other residents behind your back. They carry sprinklers out to water the grass in the morning. That's right, drag the hose behind you and dont conserve water at all. I previously lived at Lake Castleton. This was a much worse experience. I am not happy here at all.
