Don't move here!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/22/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   First off, there is one staff member who is helpful and friendly but she can't do much for fear of loosing her job. The other office personnel is rude, not helpful and simply crass. I've only seen the site manager once and she really didn't speak. Where is the customer service at''' Next, let's talk about the maintenance crew. Worthless (for the most part) I moved into the unit with ungodly crap in the patio area. It took two weeks to clean up. The window in the kitchen had dead bugs everywhere including the oldest spider webs. They never clean that up. My microwave was dirty and sticky. The cover and knobs fell off, there is no vent cover for it either. It hasn't and won't be replaced. The dishwasher doesn't work properly and is very loud. That's not going to be replaced. The shower leaked for months. I made at least 3 requests to have it fixed. The last incident with the shower the maintenance worker refused to come out when the shower wouldn't stop running. (That's right, it was coming out as if I were taking a shower, not leaking) So, a guy from another property came over and fixed it after it had ran for 6 hours. My a/c leaked and left a huge puddle of water in the hallway. Maintenance came and replaced the ceiling tile but didn't do anything about the water in the carpet, plus they left the debree from the damaged ceiling tile throughout my unit. This staff witht charge you for everything under the sun. Make sure if you move in to keep the lawn cut and weeded. Don't ask for a fitness room key, that costs $50.00 most other properties give you a key at no charge. Way to make a profit off your tenants.
