i found college park back in december when i began my apartment search. i spoke with the manager at the time who was very knowledgeable of the place. she had told me about a $99 move-in special which waived the first months rent and security deposit which attracted me even more. i had toured the apartments and was very excited about wanting to live there. i wasn't able to turn my app in until earlier this month but upon calling the office i learned that there was a new manager. upon approval of my app i inquired about the move-in special which the new manager told me was no longer valid. i have been trying to talk to the manager for the past week or so and whenever i go over there or call nobody is there when they are supposed to be and then they tell me i have to be moved in by the middle of next month or they will give the apartment to someone else. how humanly possible is it for me to be able to move in 2 weeks time'' i love the location and everything and how affordable it is but if i'm having issues like this now who's to say i won't continue to have them if i decide to become a resident'
