For what you pay- this is a decent community.

I have lived in Community Place for 1 year now. I love my apartment. It is "cozy" but it is clean and newer. For the amount of rent..its worth it. The community is not the "getto"-by far. It is not any worse that any moderately priced apartments on the Southside.
