We just moved out of Community Place to be closer to my job. The year I was there I had no complaints. My maintenance issues were always taken care of quickly. I could see how someone may not like it if they didn't like kids and wanted perfect quiet. But as a single mother with a child I thought the apartments were great. I think I took for granted the quick maintenance response and the friendly staff because where I moved to I don't have that anymore and I am paying more in rent. If I ever move back to that area I would definately go to Community Place first!
