At first, it seemed like a great place to live. Most of the neighbors are friendly. Then, you have the noisy kids and disrespectful teens that like to run up and down the stairs until 6am. The walls are like paper thin so you can hear everything. Everytime we turn our air conditioner on, it freezes. (never had that problem in previous apartments) Maintenence is hard to get ahold of, and good luck getting them out in a decent time. We recently had a guy arrested in front of our door for trying to mess with a 10 year old girl, which kind of scares me. The park is more of a hang out for teens, not a good place for young children to play. Overall, this place sucks and I cant wait to move out.

ok well do anybody know of apartments that accept section 8 in indianapolis that are good? because every last one that i'm interested in has really bad reviews. section 8 is suppose to be a step up from public assistance and these reviews are horrible. please help because i am not from the area.
