If I could have picked up the townhome we lived in and moved it, we would have. Instead, we just picked up and moved. THe size of the townhome, and uniqueness of floorplan was great. Service was an issue. When we moved in we spent a long time noting everything that needed to be fixed. They said they would do it. We had to call (months later) for each item. The windows were supposed to be replaced when we moved in, but were still not when we moved out. Both of our cars were broken into and only CD's stolen. Not a huge loss, but more important no sense of security. Our neighbor beat his dog, and someone attempted to break into their apartment while the girlfriend was home alone. We kept to ourselves, because we did not feel safe to venture out. The staff was good and bad. One leasing agent was always nice and helpful, even when I needed to have the office opened to pick up a package on Christmas Eve. Overall the staff would helpyou with simple things, but were rude, when there was a problem. While it is not the worst place to live in Indianapolis, You can do much better.
