San Clemente Lane and Drive are hot and poppin! Drive by shootings and break ins also drug traffic. Some break ins have occurred during the day as early as 12 noon. If you think this is a joke call the Sherriffs Dept and get a printout of all the police runs to the Cottages in the last 6 months. I'm sure you will be amazed.

i agree. i live in bredonway pkwy and the dudes on my street's cars are constantly gettin' broken in to. the apartment across the street caught fire and they ddin't even tear it down..they gutted it out and redid everything. in the apartment building next to mine, there use to be domestic violent issues all the time. last summer u had to show the sherriffs i.d. in order to get in and out of the complex. the helicopters are always over the complex. the rent is ridiculous. everyone pays something different i pay $650 for my townhouse when my neighbor has the same damn apartment and they pay $715. i think they just puck a number out the damn sky. the music and noise is ludacris. i can't wait to move.
