I have lived here 1 1/2 yrs. I am enjoying myself and I live in the back. I have not had any problems with my twn hse or staff. I feel if thing are as bad as the comments I've read people need to move.. I have read that people are getting charged $, did you read your lease before you signed it' I will agree that there are no nets for the tennis courts and people do not clean up after their dogs.. but for this place to be as huge as it is 96 acre 700 apts. It's not the staff that's bad it's the fact that people that live here don't take pride in where they live. If you want to see a change why don't all of you that are complaining put up some flyers invite mgmt and have a community meeting and talk about your issues... If I see that happen then I'll believe what I'm reading on this site...

I live here and I AM NOT an employee. Yes-the most of the young people in this complex are off the chain, but whose responsibility is that?? Those kids and teens aren't management staff's kids!!! That's what's wrong here. Everybody wants to blame the staff when it's a bunch of trifling residents bringing the neighborhood down. I've never had a problem with maintenance fixing things and my close neighbors are great. The nets USED to be on the courts until those nuckle head teen agers came and tore them down!!! Whose fault is that? Where are their parents??? Whose supposed to be making sure that those kids aren't jacking up the neighborhood? I'm pretty sure that's not a management issue. Who's throwing trash out on the lawn and on the street? Residents!!! Whose dogs are running loose, crapping all over the neighborhood??? RESIDENT'S!!! The people driving the loud cars and sqweeling out on motorcycles ARE NOT staff members either--those folks are residents and their crazy friends. The people dealing drugs and shooting...guess who they are...yup..RESIDENTS. Our neighborhood sucks because the people who live here don't respect their own homes. It's not the management's responsibility to teach people how to live like they have some sense. The resident's make this place a hot mess. It makes me embarrassed to be a sister!!! These are beautiful apartments with great floor plans in a really good school district--LAWRENCE Township for Pete's sake! For the money, you couldn't find a better deal! But what do we do? We come in and tear the place up and trash the place out and then we have the nerve to complain about the staff not cleaning up our mess fast enough. What a load of garbage! All of you people complaining are probably the main ones messing things up for us all. Stop complaining and go put your dang dog on a chain and get your kids out of the street before they get run over!!!

I agree with the dutch I keep to myself and my closest neighbors and I got no problems. I keep my apartment clean and my kids do not run around all hours of the day and night causing trouble. It is discouraging to see such a police presence but on the other hand they do respond to trouble. It is my opinion that the worst trouble makers are not even residents but their friends that do not have to live here or kids from the adjoining neighborhoods. Have had a few repair issues but always good response in a true emergency.I do not (thankfully) work here but I do live here so please stop trashing my community. Clean up your house,throw out your drugs and go find your kids. Its midnight, Do you know where they are?

Umm... People aren't complaining about the filth... yes, the garbage is an issue. But big deal, who cares! WHAT PEOPLE ARE COMPLAINING ABOUT ARE THE CONSTANT ROBBERIES, SHOOTINGS, AND MURDERS!!!!!!!!
