Oh but yes, it is your fault for letting trash in that doesn't watch their kids, an litter the lawns, and hang out all night. Yes, it is your fault for letting anyone in due to your "lack of management skills". Yes, you let people in who claim their "welfare" as income. No, you don't care because you don't live here! And the so called Manager, bookkeeper, or Maintenance Supervisor and most of his staff do not live on property. And you know they don't! And if you were a so called "sister", you would have known to spell it "sista"! That is our secret jargon, so don't try to fit where you don't belong or even wanted. You know good and well you wouldn't live here if it was free! Because you think you are too good. But what is really sad, you are worse than the scum you let in here. Because it is apparent you are no better than "FEMA" with the hurricane victims. You all plain and simply do no care! And if this place is so good why does it have over "70" terrible comments. first of all, it's against the law to discriminate against any one looking for a place to live... just because YOU think they are trash, doesn't give someone the right to discriminate.

I'm sorry "sista" that you have a problem with someone actually having proper language. I am a sister and your so call "secret jargon" is nothing more than EBONICS!!! You obviously felt targeted by some of the comments made which in return leads me to believe you possibly are one of the residents talked about. Dont hate because someone has some class!!!

I read your post too!!! You aren't Black. I've been Black all my life and I've never heard a Black person, especially a woman, use the phrase "Pete's Sake." Stop trying to impersonate a sista and be yourself. Start doing your job and making that community safe and comfortable for all of your residents. The person who posted this post calling you out is right. don't come back at the person with comments about proper language and class! Why use the label "sister?" That in itself isn't proper. I just wanted to let you know that after reading your post, I was kind of skeptical to the authenticity of your race as well. Sounded like someone was trying too HARD! Kind of weird how our people can read and pick up on the same vibe. Be yourself, stop trying to put the blame on Black people (that's what you were referring to when you said you were ashamed to be a "sister"), or get some experience with some real Black people. BET isn't enough! Nonetheless, I enjoyed reading your review, and it was pretty good coming from someone who doesn't live there.
