I can make this short and sweet, or I can go on forever on how crappy this place is. 3 shootings in my area (as in parking lot, as in neighbors) in the past 2 weeks. Not fun seeing a crime lab and S.W.A.T. (yes, S.W.A.T.) in your culdasak, not letting you leave until they question everyone and pickup all the bullets. Yes, people were killed in everyone of these shootings. Down the road, another murder a few months back covered up by a fire (hell, the fire is bad enough). The first couple months here, a couple shootings (just go to the police station and ask for a report on the property, for a small fee if any fee, you have to get one, the apt complex won't say anything, they don't live there for a reason). It's dirty (though the buildings LOOK nice). The complex needs some common sense on who they let come in. Yes, I know you can't discriminate by race, etc, but there are things you CAN do to clean up the qualifications a person needs to rent from you. This type of crap doesn't happen in Carmel or Fishers hardly ever, and the reason is they have differnet requirments and are all and all in a nice area where people make sure they are responsible for themselves and the apt. complex doesn't allow for this stuff to happen. Sure, a shooting can occur anywhere, but when there are multiple shootings, and when soooo many people are complaining about this place, then one must use their head. Sure, people using only come on here to complain, but some of these complaints aren't your normal complaints. The apts in Carmel, you here people complaining about not liking the tile or the color of their floors, here, you see people talking about MURDERS!!! You want your children, family, or yourself apart of this'

Hey with you when you are right. What do you think about the recent murder!!!!! That is why I broke my lease cannot have my kids living there and they become the next victim by a stray bullet. They need to get their act together before they start seeing law suites from their residents.

I know what you r saying My family had to break our lease also.....we moved here in Aug/05 and we were out april/06 this place has cost me alot I refused tolest it cost me the lives of my Family.....
