I'm so glad and thankful I'm gone from that dreaded apartment complex. My neighbors next door was robbed about 3 months when I first moved in. I wanted to break my lease, but wasn't able to. Every since that robbery happened, I was so scared for my wife and myself. Now I hear of 3 murders in the last 8 months, and numerous robberies. There were at least 2 robberies in June. One was a pizza delivery guy, and the other was a China King delivery person. Enough is enough. This complex needs to be shut down by the authorities. Management IS RESPONSIBLE! They allow anyone and everyone to live there. Sure some residents are nice people, but many others are just ghetto thugs. The other previous postings talking about how great the place is, is a lie. Many ex-residents have said this place is bad, current tenants state this, ex-employees, the police, and now the city of Indianapolis is saying how foul this place is. Don't move here, even if they give you free rent.
