I live in the very back of the community and I love it here!! I pay a great rate and live in a hugh floorplan with a backyard - fenced in!! Behind the fence line is deep woods...very private and quiet. I love it and my dog loves it...its like renting a house only I pay apt. rate and GAS HEAT IS FRee!! I was told terrible stories about this place and so glad I moved in anyway...have no regrets...will renew my lease for another year with no hesitations!!

your managerial position at the apartments is........? or are you retarded? ... both the same you say? 79% of the responants admit that they were not very bright for moving into this place,but I don't think you are fooling anyone of them now.

I agree with the last commenter you have got to be out of ur mindwhere do you live IN THE OFFICE? I the last year in this community alone the crime has gone up I know.....70% you r crazy do you have no children, do you live alone or do you really not live here at all? wake up if you live here. and you think it is a great place why don't you wait until Saturday nite (You know when it gets dark) and walk,yes.I said ,walk your non-scared, happy hind-end over to Weibeck court and just take you a chair....Stay awhile.....then we will see how you feel......... Then In the morning if you have not been Robbed,Stabbed,shot,or God forbid killed in some other way I will consider your opinion

Anyone that first praises that staff is obviously a fraud. Most people don't even see the staff more then a few times in their apartment rental history, let alone enough to "praise" them. There should be a way to find out who wrote that and have them immediatly fired or at the very least, make them move in here for a few months for lying to everyone. Rediculous. And no, this stuff does NOT happen at other places, at least not 99 differnet incidences since March (news report stats). I'm sure you do love your apartment sense if you are praising this place, you don't live here. And yet, you still didn't recomend this place. HAHA.

I dont understand.. What is so bad about these apts? I have heard things before, but not actually seen anything happen, maybe i am in a better area of the complex than what you all have seen. The things i heard (mainly from the news) were years ago. It sounds like you all are angry and just plain hate were you live, its not like you are living in some hood rat project.

These apts aren't that bad at all. And that says alot alot coming from someone like me. All the incidents that has happened, happened years ago. No known place in the state is safe. There are crazy ppl everywhere. May God rest the souls of those who lost their life there but dnt bring down the apts for those careless ppls mistake.
