believe it...you are better off homeless. not safe!! lived near the club house. unsupervised children were running around everwhere...the children would play cops and robbers and no one wanted to be the cops. saw a drug deal while washing my car, the dealer's car stalled while attempting to seal the deal in another lot, hilarious. teenagers got into fist fights as they got off the bus. security is a joke...frequent fires...always on the local news because of a murder, pizza delivery person shooting, drugs, or fire...at halloween everyone kid and teenager dresses up as a robber. heard our neighbors having sex. mice everywhere. I have fond memories hearing the mouse traps going off at night while in bed.

i did like the racquet ball courts before the water damage.

never rent a place where they show you a model but not the real deal.

we did plant flowers in the back patio...hope they are still blooming :)

I can agree with you 100%.I use to live here for 2 years. When I first came to look at the apartments they seemed nice and quiet; but I was only on the outside looking it. Once I moved in it was a 360. The apartments were constantly on the news for murders. The residents just let their kids run wild and the office staff was a joke. I could't wait until my lease was up I ran from those apartments and never looked back. I felt like I was living in one of those ghetto movies, so if you like fearing for your life and coming home to yellow crime tape then these apartments are just perfect.
