Yikes, where do I start' Very scary, People in there car's with Loud Music accompanied by the "bass" at 3:00-4:00 A.M. every night and these people don't care if you have to work Because they don't. The day after moving in some one stole My SHOES! C'mon My car was broken in to everything that was on the inside of it was on the ground all of my doors were left wide open over night! My front window was broken (glass) Nothing ever worked in the house My upstairs toilet I didn't use for the first 5 months because it was never fixed, lite fixtures, dishwasher, the refrigerator was always leaking, I can go on and On! When I called to have it fixed it took about 2-3weeks before someone even showed up and it was Half ass fixed so that means that it was broken the very next time I used it. The place was infested with ants and spiders, There were "hoodlums" (Parent less children) running around walking in the street don't move for any cars at all hours of the night. The first day the pool opened (that we pay for every month in the rent) it had a rainbow of grease as a top layer and NEVER got cleaned. So therefore we couldn't swim in it on the account that we didn't want to loose our eye site! Gun shots all of the time Cops in and out of here. I had a back gate and it was always being opened up by whoever wanted to see what I had on my back porch. When we moved out they had the Nerve to bill me this it was it said...Living room carpet cleaning.....650.00 quarter size hole in hall way wall 65.00... They are just trying to get me for what they can get, and then they are going to tell the next people who move in that they have New carpet.!
My cousin was living here and had someone shoot up her New van and had a bullet go through her daughters bedroom wall. and they wanted to charge her the 2000.00 for braking the lease!
