Bad Crew, Great Apartments

I'm at the end of my lease, so it's easy to say this. I live in the one bedroom apartments, they were a later addition in the early '90s, they're shaped so that only 1 wall touches another person's apartment, which makes for some very quiet living. I've never heard any of my neighbors, except those upstairs, and that has not been often. They have washer and dryer hook-ups, and they have a cool shape inside, with a huge bathroom, pass through closet and bedroom. The management and maintenance staff both left something to be desired. My thermostat quit working at the height of the summer last year and it took me 2 weeks to have it replaced so I could have central air again, and then I did the replacing. They're fond of leaving nasty notes posted around the complex telling you what you can and can't do. I know for sure that the manager hates children and prefers not to rent to families, as she told me that upon my move in. It's a nice enough place to live, as long as you don't have maintenance concerns or need something done by the office staff.

THE APARTMENTS ARE DESIGNED WELL, BUT I AGREE, THE MANAGEMENT AND MAINTENANCE NEED MUCH IMPROVEMENT
