I have been here 2 yrs., and it's been quite a nightmare to say the least! I echo many of the complaints from the current reviews, i.e.,neighbors dealing drugs, loud music, unresponsive management, terrible lighting and pot holes everywhere, and poor maintenance! This place has extreme turnover, and tenants who are known to be selling drugs, have even moved from one unit to another! There's no concern, non-caring leasing agents who love to send out notes to tenants, but can't seem to comprehend English when you have complaints about fixing items such as broken doors, squeaky floors in which you might fall through, broken bathroom fixtures and need I go on' In a nutshell, this place has "gone to the dogs" (ironically, dog "poop" is constantly in the so-called courtyard)! Lastly, the fitness center has been on "lock-down" due to a disgruntled tenant that had the audacity to put holes in the walls! Thus, that has been off-limits for the past 3 months (you can only go work-out during business hours, assuming you don't have a job or on vacation)!
