I have read all of the reviews, and all I can do is thank God for His favor. I have signed my third lease to stay here another year. I have a great townhome for what we pay for rent in comparison to others. No, it has not been without problems over the years, but I have developed a wonderful relationship with the Leasing Manager, Office Assistant, and Maintenence workers. We just have to learn how to talk to people and tell them what we need. And we have to stay in prayer. God can fix anything. My home has had some water damage on more than one occasion, but they have always been committed to fixing it has quickly has they could. Sometimes things are out of the managers control when it comes to time and we have to be patient. I think it is sad how some of the residents keep their own homes where they live. Because we are renting does not mean we should live any kind of way. We have to treat people like we want to be treated. So if you are nice to the office staff, I am sure they will respond to you in the same manner. So in closing, this has been a safe and good place to live. Yes, there have been problems, but they get corrected and there are going to be issues at any complex you go to live. Buildings get older, things break, paint chips, pipes burst, but it all can be fixed. Learn to pray and ask God to work it out for you. I promise He will. He loves you. Blessings to all of you who still live here and to the staff. We all have a responsibility in making this a good place to live.
