Decent place, crummy area

I thought that this complex was a decent place to live. If you live here, get the third floor for the vaulted ceilings. The complex isn't new, but its in ok shape. The walls are thick so you can't hear everybody else, which is nice. The heating and cooling costs a bit more b/c the ac system is older though. For a lower price range, I would recommend this complex.
